工程预付款到账后还能单方面收回吗
工程预付款到账后，是无法实现单方面收回的。支付工程预付款的账务处理是，
借：预付账款—某某单位，
贷：银行存款。
如果这个预付的工程款需要收回，
就需要通过收款方办理退回手续，而不是付款方就可以单方面收回的。
